You know what's fun to build on tanks?

Heal for 15% of damage dealt. It's like having a permanent Galio shield on top of your thornmail. Try on Amumu, Galio, and Rammus for many lols.

There is a video of an Amumu actually HEALING from this when the enemy ADC attacks him, but I can't remember what it's called. It's somewhere on youtube.
