Swear lately I have been seeing idiots who think just because some one doesn't reply means they can just auto lock in rank and say that he said yes,some people go afk in Que to wait for their turn so stop thinking that being silent means they want to trade.

wait wtf?? This was the most stupidest thing I have seen this week. They go in Q seeing what role they get so they put their screen down to wait for their turn to pick, I do this all the time. Just because they are not paying attention doesn't mean they lose the role or they are afk, unless they say YES or pick a top champion with tp or the lanes certain summoner then no they should not lose the role. Heck no one should lose a role no matter what unless they agree to change roles with the teammate.

But back on the topic. If you ask for a role swap and they don't bother to respond either... Their fucking loss.

Verxint2 votesI think the OP is talking about people who get queued as, say, top, then ask for mid. Specifically when those people, upon receiving no answer, assume they can go through with the switch and lock in mid.
Granted, I haven't seen this, but it sounds annoying.
