AP Ekko?

I'm a Bronze 5 mid laner, and I've been playing a lot of AP Ekko. He's the champion I have most mastery points on, I do most of my games with him and I win most skill matchups in my elo.

My question is, taking the 6.11 nerfs as well as other things into account, how viable is AP Ekko? For me, he has good trading, good waveclear, amazing mobility, AoE hard CC (although somewhat unreliable) and his ult is a brilliant disengage + AoE nuke. Is he still viable though in the current meta and compared to other common mids (in bronze)?

Also, are there any tips on him which high elo players could recommend to me please?

AP ekko is what they're trying to buff. Tank Ekko isn't supposed to be a thing.

AP Ekko is fine. Also, in Bronze, it matters a lot more how well you know the champ and how well you can cs, ward, not overextend, and ping your team away from overextending. Where your champs are in higher elo play is pretty unimportant.
