Why is Riot just ignoring how toxic and stupid Fiora is?

Dumbest champion top lane right now. Stupid amount of mobility, chase potential, her ulti does too much TRUE damage, and just all around a stupid champion, and yet I haven't heard a peep out of Riot about doing anything about her. Do they think this playstyle is healthy? I feel permaslowed when fighting her. If she's ahead in lane she's worse than a fed Darius, you can't even touch the creep wave ever because she can just jump forward and start permaslowing you. Her ulti is probalby the worst thing about her. It needs to do physical damage, not true damage, because that just makes her a threat to literally everyone. Even tanks building full armor and heatlh get 30% of their life chunked away for free by that dumb ultimate. I think there's a ton of power that needs trimming from her, Riot just needs to pick something and hit it with the nerfbat.

Outside of building qss or zhonyias their is little way to counter her

% hp true damage has to be one of the worst things to give a champion with her ability to stick to champions

Fiora is actually.... Really balanced. Keep away from her when her passive is angled at her, try to predict Riposte, and only trade when you know she can't hit a vital. That's it.

I've played both as and against many Fiora, and unless they get fed, I have no problem with hee.

I would have agreed with you yesterday if I hadn't beating 4 Fiora's in a row today.

Like if you posted this yesterday I would literally be guns a blazing she is so broken and should just be removed from the game but I isolated why my teams were losing to her and I stomped out the problem myself.
