Can we just get rid of deadman plate?

Item is completely useless. get rid of the item and add another boots for fighters. put deadman's plate passive on that boots.

What are your thoughts on Raptor's Cloak? Deadman's makes you go fast. It's a good item.

Dmp is better then mobi since it procs in combat and slows players when you auto them.

There's still plenty of people that build it -- especially champs like Hecarim and Rammus. It's also a possible item on bruisers especially when against full AD teams and for those who don't have amazing gap closers. Personally I'll build it on Fiora from time to time since MS on her is a highly valuable stat.

Janna is basicly mobiboots and lulu w is basicly deathmansplane but with attack speed aswell for free LOL

And can we remove jayce his basicly mobyboots that can shootballs for 50% my hp and his ult is us like deathmans plate.

I like that item its not useless its more then usefull and gold worthit when you face champs that can kite you and it slows aswell. The only problem the item has is that its armor based but owell we cant have everything beeing perfect and usefull all the time.

That passiv on boots will be absurde and the boots need to cost like 2k gold and adcs will be the once mainly buying "this boots" since dmp is mele only.
