Because holy moly, I spammed BC Rengar jungle today and I feel it's way too strong. It makes you so tanky, deal so much damage AND that 20% CDR means you can spam your ult every time you go in for a gank at level 11, or almost all the time at level 6. Was I just doing well or is the item actually op/over tuned? Edit: Im not saying that it is overpowered, I'm just wondering if I need to worry about my new jungle strategy getting nerfed
