zed spams his Q deals at least 100 damage and costs no mana and has 6 seconds cd. at lvl 3 it's even harder

Obviously you've never played the talon zed matchup, because talon destroys zed.

Talon is weak on purpose before he gets his ultimate because once he gets it he is super strong. Not only can he kill individuals with ease akin to Zed, but he can also burst small groups of people with his AOE damage.

Also talons W costs under 1/5 of his mana at level 1.

sorry for the exageration, 1/5 is still a lot, but i'm not her to complain about his mana rather i'm asking for zed's toxicity to be tuned down

Zed isn't toxic at all. In fact, compared to talon i'd say he's less toxic. I'd much rather face a fed Zed than a fed Talon.

Against Zed you can

Buy QSS (Talon's damage is pretty much instant, Zed's is somewhat delayed with the mark)
See him coming (Talon's invisibility on his ultimate)
Move out the way (Can't move if you can't see him)
Escape with flash or mobility (Talon's ultimate gives massive movement speed)
Fight back (Zed takes a couple of seconds to kill you, longer if he utilises death mark. Talon on the other hand can blink to you and hits you with his Q, then straight into his ultimate, with little you could have done to stop him, there is the tiniest window for CC.)
Wait for his cooldowns (At 40% CDR, talons ultimate has a 33 second cooldown, meaning it is available for almost every fight, Zed on the other hand has a 48 second cooldown, 15 seconds might not sound like much, but it is.
Not have your entire team Bursted (Zed has very little AOE damge, whilst talon has bags of it, which enables him to kill one or two people and severely wound others.)

Talon is weaker pre 6 for a reason, if rake was buffed at all in the early ranks Talon would be a fucking monster. As it stands now you have to play safe-ish until 6 when you can start to do more things.

talon shouldn't be buffed, zed 100 damage spell every 6 seconds with no mana should be nerfed
