How To Help Fix Darius

Darius is the biggest problem juggernaut at the moment. People will argue that Mordekaiser is, but this isn't about him. I have some simple suggestions to help push Darius to the right direction, a direction that will help keep him good without keeping him at the problematic level he is at right now : Passive : Hemorrhage Instead of stacking bleed damage have the bleed scale with his level, with the levels of Darius' ultimate increasing the damage of the Hemorrhage by a bit as well. The 5 stacks leading to Noxian Might will just increase the duration of the bleed. It could be something like "Darius's basic attacks and damaging abilities cause enemies to bleed for (Darius's level) (+ 20% bonus AD)(+10% bonus AD per Noxian Guillotine level) physical damage per second for 3 seconds, increasing by 0.5 second for each additional stack of Hemorrhage." This will give a maximum of 18 + (+130% bonus AD) causing it to be a nerf, but gives each stack a purpose due to the value changes. Passive : Noxian Might Making it so Noxian Might is the reason Darius' ultimate does true damage, instead of just giving it to him, will help him be far less annoying to deal with by all form of champions because the player actually has to play Darius right to deal the higher damage. Nothing is more frustrating than getting hit by Noxian Guillotine as a tank and dying at 30%+ HP because Darius' ult deals True Damage naturally at such high damage. Noxian Guillotine deals 300 base +75% bonus AD and the extra 60 + 15% bonus AD per stack at max rank, this makes it deal a total of 360 + 90% bonus AD. Having that on an automatic True Damage spell is ridiculous. Garen's ultimate at least has a reason behind why it is True Damage when it does, Darius does not which is why I propose this. By changing his normal damage to Physical instead of True, and letting it become True after he sets off Noxian Might. It gives players options against him other than "Stay as far away as possible or you will probably die or lose most of your health" which is not an option a lot of the time because of how a decent Darius plays.
