Only the puppeteer from these is a nice concept.

Talisman is an Shurelia basically, there's no need for it to come back Zeke existed in the game for ages and was used as often as Ohmwrecker. It was nice in theory, but there were no AD supports who could buy it (pyke maybe would enjoy it?) Mirage blade would just break ADCs. They have enough bonus MS from zeal items, they have a support to peel for them, and some of them have ridiculous self peel (vayne, tristana). They don't need another flash.

Puppeteer is actually a nice concept, but its stats are kind of random. Would like to see it as tank/juggernaut item

Ohm Wrecker and Zeke's werent used for the same simple reason their stats were the but of jokes no point in trying to use these items if you insta die and thus cant use the items.

I like Talisman mainly because of the thematic side of it, it's an Ascended based Artifact.

Sword of the Occult would be nice, though it was removed to stop AD assassins from destroy the game more than they already do. Everything else looks like they were either in other game modes or redundant, such as the top support item. Support items no longer have secondary functions as actives so it's unnecessary.

Sword of the Occult wasn't actually removed to stop AD Assassins; it was removed because at the time, there was too much risk involve in buying it compared to the reward (as mages could keep Mejai's stacks more reliably due to CC and range, while most SotO users at the time had to commit really hard to get it stacked)

In a modern day and age, I don't think SotO would still have that issue. We'll probably never actually know for sure, though.

I'm not sure about any of the stacking items. Two of them have already been removed because they were kind of a noob trap with the high risk high reward. Mejai's wasn't even really used until Riot did some work on it (made it go past 20 stacks, more forgiving when you die) and I honestly am starting to hate Mejai's because of how it builds out of Dark Seal and because it completely breaks scaling in some games and makes mages get way ahead for way too cheap. I wouldn't mind seeing Mejai's get taken out as well.

Sword of the occult was USELESS item impossible to balance, and it was only taken by smurfs and duo boosters who crush the game

Unlike Mejais and mages, assassins don't have the luxury of dealing damage from a safe distance, so the item could never work on them, and ADCs didn't have the power to ramp up the stacks, same as top laners

So what you're saying is, Zed with Sword of the Occult wasn't a problem? It was a cheap item that built off his most common base item--a Longsword. I don't understand how Zed with an item with AD that scales up with kills isn't a problem for you lol

Mirage blade sounds super op unless it has 40 ad and loses its innate passive reveal. the active effect cooldown should be closer to 190 seconds than 60 second cooldown

Think about things like Volibear and Udyr, however, for puppeteer.

Mirage blade would break the vast majority of assassins and some ADCs, puppeteer would become problematic on certain champions while being virtually useless on others. I don't have a problem with the other two returning.

But I want item 3312 back if we're bringing back tailsman

I wouldn't mind seeing Banner of Command, Flesheater, the Spirit Stone line, Oracle's Hood, Avarice Blade, or Wicked Hatchet (and its upgrades) coming back, tbh.
