3-1 Majority Vote Surrender Should Pass

It's annoying when a vote goes up, 3 people say yes 1 person says no and 1 person doesn't touch the button, but the vote still fails even though it's a 3-1 majority that voted.

This is also annoying when one person needs to afk for a bit, enemy team gets ahead, then we can't even surrender in these situations because the afk (who isn't DC'd) can't vote, so it auto-counts it as a "no" vote more or less. The 3-1 majority that votes should be able to pass whatever the vote is. Note that this is for standard Surrender past the 20 minute mark, not remake or early Surrender.

IMO, whoever has the highest current letter grade (S/A/B/C/D) should have their vote count twice as much. A "team score leader bonus" vote or something.

I find it very annoying if I'm 3-0, look around and see everyone else is feeding, yet I can't just surrender to get a better game/team... Its as if wasting 20 minutes of my time isn't enough for these chumps... If the team is so desperate to keep fighting, they should have sucked less early.

TBH when someone votes to surrender, and it's not actually an appropriate scenario to surrender, I promptly drag the surrender window way off into the bottom corner so I can't even see when it pops up anymore. (It remembers the last place you dragged it for future votes during that game.)

It results in me not voting, since I'd just be voting no anyway, but I don't want my gameplay thrown off with some surrender thing popping up on the side blocking vision just because someone is having a bad game and/or don't understand scalings.

I feel like the majority of the time when it's actually appropriate to surrender, the game will be over quite soon anyway regardless of the vote, and if it's not then it wasn't appropriate to surrender. (Enemy teams getting cocky and intentionally not ending have a tendency to remain cocky, and throw games because of it, particularly once things get to full build and stuff is almost a 50:50 regardless of what happened early game.)

3-1 surrender vote likely because someone is too busy playing to vote or suiciding troll triple queue squad spammed surrender so many times that they stopped bothering a few times back. If they didn't vote yes, its probably because they would vote no. A pass is the same as a no vote for good reason.
