Ivern is the good junglers' pop off support pick he'll absolutely destroy in the right hands. Just because he was designed with S7 balance in mind doesn't mean his cheese isn't going to go away.
Wukong in 2nd tier is a joke he hasn't been good. Amumu at the bottom is pretty silly too. You're missing the newer jungler roles entirely. Vi breaks even, not buffed S7 changes.
Either way, Kha/Rengo isn't an autowin.
