Evelynn is in a sad sad state right now.

Eve is hurting bad in the new jungle, moreso than others. To be concise, I think that Riot should reintroduce part of her old passive, reduced damage from minions and monsters. Of course, they would only have to include the monster part, but implementing the minion part, too, would slightly help her get back into a laning state...even if it doesn't ultimately solve the issues she has.
