So in the last game, there was a succeeded Remake vote 3-2. The enemy I'm assuming reconnected, and two of the people (I'm assuming who voted no) were saying "wtf" in all chat. Is this working as intended? Thanks.
Yes. Remakes have completely different requirements to pass than actual surrenders. Remakes only require 30% of the votes to be yes in order to pass, so in a 5v5 situation you need a minimum 2 yes votes for it to pass, and in your situation there were 3.

In a 4v5, at least two players (30% of the team) need to vote yes for the game to end. In a 3v5 or lower, you only need one player to make that call.
I know this is referring to a 4v5 situation, but it still says 30% of the team, so that's what I'm basing my information off of.
