Do you guys think Zed is now balanced?

I dunno, I always thought the problem was Zed having a really easy laning phase. Even if he wasn't doing well, he could still pretty much free farm because of his passive. That easily translates into excessive damage because he has more gold. Usually it's an art last hitting under the turret, the caster minions have to be hit once before and once after a turret shot in order to claim the last hit. With zed you can just hit after, which makes farming under the tower braindead easy. You can push a zed under the tower as much as you like, he can still collect every farm. I'd much rather they removed his passive against minions than have his ult nerfed.

The ult nerf doesn't change a whole lot imo, because he'll still kill you in lane, he probably won't even die, because he's likely to hit you with it in the middle of the lane, and then follow you dealing damage. (Easily takes a second before he has to swap because of the tower). It hits his late game, where he wasn't really that big of an issue anyway, with items such as QSS and Zonyas, as well as CC from your team.

Probably a minority opinion, but I thought i'd ask anyway.
