Crit marksmen buff idea?

just give every crit dependent marksman (Ashe Caitlyn Jinx etc) a passive crit chance? or make it a rune, that only works with marksmen, and any other type of champion it will give flat damage or something (idk) and i'm talking Low amounts of bonus crit, maybe 5% or something low?.. it would set them apart from any other damage dealers in lane, while keeping to the late game idea that they have high crit in the late game, because with it being low enough, it wouldnt keep them from having to build their other crit items. you could go crit Marksmen bot lane if you want higher natural crit chance. Bruiser bot lane if you want that flat damage output. mage bot lane for AP or high mobility/damage marksmen (lucian, Ez, Kai'sa, Draven) for their decent laning that they are currently proving to have atm. obviously it would require some balancing, but i think if done right it would keep the diversity on bot lane, while making those champions feel viable again. plus it would make I.E. a decent early pick item again, at least by alittle..

obviously this idea needs work, but i think it's a fairly balanced idea that could make the crit marksmen as viable as before, without knocking anyone else out of botlane, so everyone can win and be happy :)

Or just revert the item changes and Let Marksmen do what they did before and be Carries late game. Make IE not have crit chance tho and you are good.

well there are some people who like the new changes, even if they are crippling.. that's why i'm trying to think of a way for everyone to win

I personally think supports should have been the target... not adcs But yeah crit was a little bit too effective, or atleast felt very effective because of how strong supports made you with very few items, specifically enchanters. Playing with new crit items i've thought of some stuff that would work

  1. Make Stormrazor, OR Infinity Edge give critical strike, so that instead of going double zeal item upgrades for 120% crit chance, you can have one zeal upgrade for 60% and then Stormrazor or IE can give you 5%-10% ( double'd cause of infinity edge to 10%-20% ) so that you could have 80% or even 70% like old crit builds such as ( er, ie, zeal upgrade = 70% ) ( ie, zeal upgrade, zeal upgrade = 80% )

Now instead it can be IE + Zeal upgrade for 60% from zeal then 10-20% from IE to a sum of 70-80%,

or even making zeal items go from 30 % to maybe 35-40% so adding either +10-20% more crit in your build. this option means they lose attack speed they would have gotten from stormrazor tho.

OR If riot wants to make critical strike adcs revolve around stormrazor they can add the crit chance ( 5-10% ) to stormrazor so that it kinda acts like the old IE which was mandatory in a critical strike build due to the damage multiplier

  1. Riot can just make critical strike items overall cheaper, riot recently changed ie from 3700 gold to 3600,

i got flash backs from when riot quote unquote, "nerfed" zoe ( Q - Paddle Star: COOLDOWN 7.5/7/6.75/6.5/6.25 ⇒ 8.5/8/7.5/7/6.5 ) It was +0.25 seconds at rank 5 so like yeah.. not very helpful

Ideas : Zeal upgrades -> 2900 -> 2700-2750 or even 2800? | Phantom Dancer -> 2800 -> 2600-2650? or even 2700 |

Infinity Edge this one is a bit different, I feel like it should stay costing 3600 gold.. but be a little bit more helpful.. maybe 80AD -> 100 AD? Or more crit like discussed earlier, but if the stats arent being touched I think it should be atleast 3500 if not 3450.

Stormrazor: This is a really nice item on some burst champs like talon, zed, rengar, etc. Also works on some bursty adcs like jhin, mf, even sivir cause she works really well with speed. I personally dont buy it at all because i rather have a second zeal item which

Gives me about the same attack speed if not more, (more than 30% attack speed ) Gives me 60% critical strike, 30% if you have not purchased infinity edge which boggles me why you wouldnt. and 5% movement speed, if not 7% ( runaans is 7% compared to 5% on everything else ) a different unique passive which varies.

What I lose

70 AD, okay. I dont lose any attack speed. And the unique passive.

Storm's Edge: If you haven't attacked in the last 3 seconds (scaling down with attack speed), your next basic attack will critically strike for 160% damage (+1% per 1.5% critical strike chance, max 200%) and grant 10% movement speed for 1.75 seconds

This is supposed to be a one item spike.... but it scales off other items? so is it really a one item spike? I feel like I literally do no dmg with this think. Sure its nice when your mf and u have duskblade + this and you wanna go up to someone go Q them for 75% of their health.

This item seems hard to balance because it is not strictly a marksman item.. its more of an assassin/burst champ item, pretty niche so IDK what to do with this

  1. Riot can increase all CRITICAL STRIKE BASED adc base stats

Some im hinting at are

Base health Base AD Base health regen Base mana regen

Riot can even make dorans blade a bit stronger considering only adcs build it anyways, most ad bruisers/assassins would rather have a long sword if not doran shield.

Anyways I dont know....these are just ideas and opinions there might be majors flaws i havent noticed so please try to be nice and constructive rather than just jumping at me Thank you alot !!!! -some random bronzie

ADCs were never solely the issue: supports and their items were a huge part of it. Janna/Lulu/Sona/Nami and others made it impossible to set behind ADCs in lane, and in fights, ADCs were unable to be killed because of Redemption, Locket, Mikael's, and other support items giving them massive shields and heals. The only major issues with ADCs was the cheap cost of Zeal items and the 50% crit damage passive of IE. Everything else was balanced. Taking away the IE passive, increasing Zeal costs, and nerfing support abilities and items were all that were needed. Instead, they nerfed ADC items, ADC stats, ADC sustain, support abilities, and support items. Bringing back a few of these and adjusting the early game meta changes (increasing tower health, lowering damage to avoid one shots, etc.) is all that needs to be done to rebalance things for ADCs.
