i've seen many posts about 
being too oppressive the entire game or most of it
i want to hear some reason and what should be changed about him... (serious answers please... dont post things like: "he is just OP because its YASUO"...)
imho: R and W should NOT be nerfed
His kit has a huge number of different abilities whether it be passive or active, he has no resource system at all, tons of mobility, a non-ultimate that counters probably half or more of the abilities in the game, high base damages, low cooldowns, a free shield, doubled crit chance, easy harass pressure with his tornado, so on and so forth. Even so, I'd hesitate to call him OP.
It's just that while yes, he's high skill CEILING, he's also LOW skill FLOOR. A good Yasuo player is incredible. A bad Yasuo player in a low level tier of play can just mash keys and achieve success more or less due to how versatile and loaded his kit is.
Basically, I had this really disgusting eye condition a few years back. I almost went blind within the span of 3 months. I'd rather have that disease back than lane against a Yasuo
Depends on what elo you are.
Yasuo has such a huge and obnoxious kit that in skilled hands he's really unstoppable.
Plus if you build tank he's unkillable and also does a ton of dmg.
While I honestly think it's find to have e some champions be naturally stronger than other (yasuo, irelia etc) I can definitely empathize with those asking for his nerfs.
He is really strong, probably top tier ATM. People have the right to complain and ask for nerfs for such a strong champ.
Just give us windwall healthbar that scales with AD. Instead a projectile zhonyas bullshit that happens every 14 seconds
For now I don't see him as a problem, because we still have things like Irelia, Darius, and Kayle.
Armor pen on his ult should be removed, and they way his Q and E have synergy:
It's too easy for a Yasuo to 2v1.
His Q range should go down, Tornado stack time too. E cas time should go up too.
But that would totally destroy him. (which I don't mind )
So to compensate, when you cast Q whilst you E (you know, the circle) It should deal more damage. R range can be increased by 50. Ms up by 5.
That's how I'd balance him AKA nerf him. But he needs it.
