Its REALLY easy to dodge though. If you're constantly getting hit by a Lux q you should take some time to practice against it

u do realize in the state of this fucking game with how cdr is loaded in every fucking thing with mages in every role you arent just dodging a fucking lux q your also dodging some other fucking nuke being spammed at you.

Oh noes... this means something because... lux has always achieved 40% CDR. So how does "hurdur 40% CDR" even matters here? Do YOU know the state of Lux as a whole? She never had any issues reaching 40% CDR. Athene's used to give 20% CDR on it's own which was and still is a core item on Lux.

did u even read what i wrote u just proved my point there's to much cdr on items these days lmao and yeah also ignore the part where i wrote how theres other nukes being spammed at you like minions or any other spell cause everything fucking hurts.

"These days" Lux NEVER had issues reaching max CDR. Lux and mages as a whole never had issues reaching 40% CDR. Not now and not in season 3. Complaining about CDR for mages when a ton of items had 20% CDR and runes back then gave easily 10% CDR so all Lux had to get back then was either boots, or zhonyas or even DFG or a multitude of other items.

Mages have never had issues getting to max CDR in their entire lifetime. Hell for supports it was even easier since support items had 20% CDR on the vast majority of them so with just TWO items they could reach max CDR without any outside help. Nukes flying around have been a thing since forever whether you want to believe it or not. People not needing to manage mana has always been a thing. Only bad players ever had mana issues. Good players always knew how to manage their mana appropriately and there was even more ways to maintain high mana back in the day than we have today.

Do you have anything at all to say? Or are you going to actually complain about something that is Lux centric instead of attempting to derail the thread into "hurdur cdr too much" thread #8654789755?

It's actually a lot harder then you think, when you factor in the skill shots from her adc, plus the minion wave with the potential to get minion blocked, plus a good lux will throw E first then throw binding, making it much harder to dodge with the slow, and with aftershock being used on her, she can also just run right up in your face and throw it, w/o having to worry about the retaliation

This is assuming that you're literally doing nothing in lane and that your ADC is ignoring you. If you get in that situation, you are doing something wrong. EVERY other support has a way to prevent that from happening. Soraka silence, Morg spell shield, Sona W,E, Ult, Nami Q, Ult, Janna Q,E,Ult, and if you're melee you just beat her anyway.

have you been living under a rock? lux runs aftershock now, you can't just kill her, shes too tanky early game with aftershock, and while supports can stop it, she's gonna be constantly trying, since a lux bind normally equals a kill in this meta

she can just flash into your adc if she wants it bad enough, and you still cant kill her....like im sorry but you need to stop trying to justify lux being op is already, she is the best support in the game rn by far due to her not having any bad matchups, hell she zones out most melee supports since if they try to engage, well she got aftershock because she just bound them, she needs nerfs, whether it be to her bind or her dmg something needs to happen

No she doesn't. She's been fine. Aftershock just needs nerfs for ranged champions, that's all.

Lux is a mid lane mage, not a support. That's why she's oppressive in the bot lane because of her high damage numbers. People just take her bot there for that like people do Brand or Zyra.
