Ok, obviously that can't be a thing, but I don't think it's a coincidence that the champions who receive the most criticism right now are those that

Have energy

Have good wave/lane clear

Have offensive/defensive mobility

Have weaknesses that amount to "Well most players don't know how to master them"

Are a hybrid of fighter (which has an identity crisis) and assassin (which is being reviewed).

A lot of the changes to their environments end up being indirect buffs to them.
