Stealth, cap closer, pushback/stun (if landed) movement speed, bonus dmg on q. Even when she wasn't meta you guys buffed her and buffed her until she is where she is now. Vaynes the only one who never stays gutted. Im sick of seeing her dominate every season because she simply can. Unless you have people that can stick to her like glue, shes going to carry.

MunchCrunchLunch1 voteshmm the traditional vayne counter was caitlyn and tristana. tristana is weak and caitlyn gets 1v1d by vayne easily nowdays because lets be real the stupid Q crits are nonsense. even with the reverted buff on it. its still too strong. reduce it by an another 10% if you want t to crit. or increase tumble cd by a second. vayne is cancer. and nobody can deny it. mostly now because there is no counterplay to stealth but also she does %maxhp true damage endlessly.

Hey passive lets her get a sizable move speed 'burst' which gets tripled when she has her ultimate active. So it lets her gap close that problem alot easier and because of that move speed 'gain' unless it ignores % move speed, will mean she get quite huge. For example, if Phantom Dancer does apply to the passive too, that mean on top of 30 move speed when running towards enemy champions, it adds another 4.5 move speed, excluding the boots and her base move speed involved, Because lets be honest. Any champion who scales crazy with Critical hit will op for 
for the insane move speed buff thanks to it on top of the fact it is the go to grab item to out trade with alot of fighters other ADCs and even tanks thanks to that 12% damage reduction, likely mixed in with some life steal. Combine that with Vayne doing empowered Q crits every 3rd hit thru Q or her own E which deals true damage and then she is basically getting more chase power then Kled does while dismounted and can easily make herself a damage blasting ADC able to turn invisible for a second with R up, meaning she can easily reposition every time she casts it.

Hell lets go over the math, her Ultimate, Final Hour lasts 8 seconds, 10 and 12 at rank 2 and 3 respectively. plus goes from 30 to 70 AD bonus and has a super low cool down of 100 seconds that jumps down to 70.
If she has no cooldown at all, if she were to tumble every time its off cool down, she could effectively do 3 to 4 max rank Qs for 3 to 4 instances of 1 second stealth, which during that period she has that empowered auto active, its got a damage spike thanks to the AD bonus on Final hour, plus it can critically strike and she still has that before % movement is applied, while ultimate is active, +90 move speed while runing towards enemy champions.
I've had matches where i dealt with a vayne in 3vs3 mode and she killed me and my entire team like she wasn't even trying and easily constantly Q juke tumbling out of skill shots, and once she activated R she was pretty much running right up to me, past me throwing a E, throwing a bunch of rapid fire autos in a orb walking style to the point i could of been next to one of the inhibitors and she practically melted me even when i had a sizable amount of health and i stunned her at least once while running back to fountain and at that point she was not over fed yet, when she was she just could hide in a bush and instant kill 2 of us like we were a bunch of bots building default items.
Even her kit in Player VS AI mode shows really well on how much of a ridiculous assassin snowball bringing ADC she is, because with her i could easily finish up a match several minutes faster then some other champions regardless of what my team mates were playing when i did it several times.

Very least she has to get half her kit slashed off or i can't see much on ways to fix her. Preferably they actually cut her stealth window to .5 like they were doing, remove the ability to crit with the Q or at least significantly reduce the crit damage and peel off some of her chase power in R because she already has a strong enough amount of it by default, tripling it, granting AD and empowering her Q with mini'stealths is a bit much for a 100/85/70 cooldown ability that also gains duration per rank.
