Too much is changing too fast, all the time. Like, in this season alone there was always something new to deal with, be it dragon, 10 reworked champions, tower gold, jungle exp.
While I understand the coming preseason is a time of change, I just felt like this WHOLE season was a pre-season, with something changing every 10 seconds

If you've ever played against something once and also looked its stuff up (like a champion) then you pretty much understand it fully.
I feel this season tries to speed the game up a bit which emphasizes mistakes much more heavily. I'd say that's a good thing
