Azir doesnt need a rework. He could use an actual item power spike though...

Simple change like: Soldiers apply on hit effects instead of spell effects would make him viable

With this change he wouldnt be able to proc Rylai/lyandri etc

But he would be able to proc Nashoor tooth on hit effect resulting in an actual powerspike when you buy an item on azir

Atm item power spikes on azir are non existant...

Best power spike is literaly void staff if the enemy team is full of MR

The champion got gutted because rylai was op at a time
