I don' t understand what do you mean... liandry deals magic damage over secs every time magic damage is dealt, if you have an aoe or a dot damage that duration is halved. Yes, with cassiopedia it refreshes every time you deal dot damage.

DOT= damage over time

What i mean is, raylais crystal scepter procs on spell damage. My cass has a long enough slow (thats debilitating enough) to permanently keep an enemy slowed.

It makes me thing liandries is proccing raylais.

... i try to understand: Cassiopeia can slow and deal damage over time. Each time it deals magic damage with a spell item 3116 procs the slow, and item 3151 procs the damage. The slow of item 3116 adds to the slow of the spell, and no matter how much you slow item 3151 deals increased damage.

However, the damage of item 3151 does not proc the item 3116 slow because it' s an item, and item 3116 procs only by your character skills only. The two items can activate together, can be active together, but do not interact each other: if your character deals magic damage with a skill you proc both of them, slowing and dealing damage, and if the target is slowed ( no matter how or why ) liadry deals more damage.

... Not even close. My slows on cass reach 3~5 seconds. of -50%+. Thats incredibly long and it makes me think that somethings buggy.
