Can there please be a "mute all" button?

I realize I can mute the enemy team, but if anything, the enemy team is the least source of hate talk: it's usually my own teammates insulting one another.

I don't want to go into a game and toggle a bunch of switches. One switch to mute all, or a default mute all, would be much preferable.

I would like to go into a game with everyone muted, and if I see someone playing well, then I want to be able to give them voice, because 99% of the time, people who play well don't insult anyone.

"Oh, what about communication?" You can use pings to communicate. The gross amount of chat is unrelated to strategy. It's also not generally technically efficient to type messages in chat; you're wasting time where you could be last hitting, reviewing the items on the field, etc..
