Come on Riot, this is a bit ridiculous. Even if there is a plan to hotfix this item, this should of been the first thing changed in 7.4. This is literally the most oppressive item I've seen since you could stack black cleavers and smash face.
This is what meddler said "Edge of Night should be getting hotfixed tomorrow. That's not reflected in the patch notes because those were written and localized to other languages before we decided to do the hotfix."
IT IS BEING HOTFIXED AND SHOULD BE CHANGED ANYTIME SOON AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT PATCH FOR IT. THEY PLANNED ON DOING THIS AFTER THEY HAD MADE THE PATCH. Lets admire Riot for this at the very least.
