Can we just nerf Jarvan already, Im sick of never being able to play him

I'm certain that I have more games of J4 of anyone in the entire world. I don't actually play League, I play Jarvan and sometimes I dabble in league occasionally, find that I don't like it as much as Jarvan and then go back to playing Jarvan some more.

I don't care HOW you nerf him, just nerf him enough that people stop banning him every friggin game.
