i'd rather see more buffs than nerfs

tbh if you're gonna power-creep you might as well do it equally. i'd much rather play a souped up version of my champs against other champs who are equally powerful than play my neutered champ against other neutered champs. that'd be a nice midseason 8; in lieu of a class update just throw a bunch of buffs across the roster, maybe with a rework or two , and see what happens
