Lol. That's a pretty huge difference for an item that is slightly overperforming. Then we're seeing early nerfs to the resolve tree:

Early nerfs to Ninja Tabi

ARMOR 30 ⇒ 20 BASIC ATTACK DAMAGE REDUCTION 10% ⇒ 12%

Massive nerfs to Locket BASE SHIELD 38 ⇒ 30 SHIELD PER TARGET'S LEVEL 22 ⇒ 15 BONUS HEALTH RATIO 2-36% (at levels 1-18) ⇒ 20% COOLDOWN 90 seconds ⇒ 120 seconds MULTIPLE SHIELD REDUCTION AMOUNT 50% ⇒ 75% MULTIPLE SHIELD REDUCTION DURATION 8 seconds ⇒ 20 seconds

Meanwhile, damage runes are being buffed

DAMAGE MULTIPLIER 4-10% (at 150-2000 max health difference) ⇒ 4-12% (at 150-2000 max health difference)

I don't want to play tank supports anymore. All these changes on one update? Yeesh. Those early auto attacks from two people are gonna seriously hurt. Inb4 'those are changes not nerfs.' Yes, but they are nerfs to the early game, where a Caitlyn + Lux combo is going to push you out of lane with their overbearing auto-attacks and poke.

Don't forget to check out the PBE to see Tahm's new set of nerfs. Meanwhile a monstrosity like WW that basically has 3 ultimate tier skills is apparently balanced.

A 55% dmg reduction that is also AoE hard CC, map mobility only second to Quinn, insane AS if the fight lasts, and his ult. And he has been the best or 2md best jungler in the game ever since the rework. But instead we had nerfs to literally every tank jungler.

Hell, Sej got another round of nerfs just this patch. Shaco got nerfed as soon as he became top dog (thank god, but that is besides the point). RIOT hates tanks and keeps punisning them constantly, meanwhile a champ like Janna gets "nerfed" so that she gets a 5% WR increase and has to get hotfix nerfs, or Zed, one of the highest pickrate champs in the game, gets buffs for no reason.

Them not knowing what they are doing is OK, Icefrog and Valve make their playerbase feel the same, but RIOT is so smug about the work they do, that you'd expect some actual thought put into it.

Cannon minion changes buff Relic.

Tabi nerfs aren't relevant. Locket needed nerfs.

Relic shield has always been the least gold gain which is why they buffed it to 4 then nerfed it for what ever reason. Well good luck getting any procs outside of lane
