Tips for Ending Games in bronze?

Say our team is winning 26-20 kills at the 20 minute mark. What are some tips to using our lead to quickly end? because Ive had a lot of games where my team and I just dont know what to do with our lead, and we end up getting outscaled.

The only tip I know is getting Dragons, but whenever we try to go for towers (specifically the mid inhib turret), we cant actually get to it because theyre defending it really well.

There's your problem. What is it with everyone going full ARAM mode after they get ahead? You know 2 other lanes exist right?
