Mostly with his shield scaling. 15% of his bonus health seems really low, even if you build either a RoA or Rylais. The base stats itself seem really good, though you won't end up building alot of health anyways, so why not giving it an AP scaling? He lost alot of safety with the knockup removal, and since he's stopping if he's hitting an enemy champion, he's literally being in extreme vurnable range against most matchups. The buffs to his ult and bug fixes for efficient drifting helps him extremely, but I'm still kinda sceptical if I should really drift to an enemy champ if they have strong cc.

First of all, why would you even consider drifting to an enemy champion if you know they have strong cc in that last part of the quote.

Second of all, and this is going to the, "He lost alot of safety with.." And a bit after that. Although you didn't say it, you shouldn't randomly E-drift to your opponent to be in this extremely vulnerable range if you know it's not a good idea unless they're like SUPER low, or if you can ult them to (insert situation that would be good for ulting the enemy)

They also got rid of his knock-up to better balance his kit to fit the W-Arise attack speed changes. The E knock up change was just a side change to compliment them getting rid of the CDR = Attack speed passive. (Just some info, the cdr = attack speed would force you to build the same thing pretty much every game with RoA being useless on Azir at the time." If Azir's E still had the knockup today, that'd be pretty unbalanced, I can imagine the community backlash if they gave Azir back the knock up in the state he is in right now which is a pretty good state.

Giving his E a knock up also reduces counter play when Azir goes in on an enemy since they won't be able to use an ability to get out of an ult or if he's just knocking you up because his jungler is ganking you. It would make his semi-weak early game way stronger and in the late game, the knockup could probably kill you if his whole team is there to follow up upon it.

This was mostly me just rambling on on what I think about about what you said. Maybe it makes sense, maybe it doesn't? But whatever! Azir Azir Azir Azir Azir Azir Azir Azir Azir Azir Azir Azir Azir Azir
