Remember when Lux was in ahri's position last year.

Remember the 10s of threads every week asking to nerfs to the most well rounded mage at the time in which was lux. right now we get a thread a week. Ahri has been the top solo queue pick for 3 seasons in a row. and she has been played this entire split in pro play and she does great there as well. but no nerfs in hindesight.

many people asked Riot meddler or anyone about what they think of ahri and yet not a single response. you can't have a champion that well rounded. shes by far the jack+ of all trades. she does not fall off and she is a great laner.

there has to be something in the near future for ahri. there just has to. she can't be picked mid lane blindly and still have an advantage against pretty much anyone.

Jack of all trades indeed, but let's not forget she's master of none. She is easy to counter just pick a champ with higher burst than she has ( aka Syndra ) or someone who can lock her in place ( Lissandra/ Malzahar ). Ahri is not the problem, people just can't play against her for some reason.

"SOME PEOPLE" this is statistics of hundreds of thousands of people. do you understand how correlational studies work?

am not taking a sample size of just my games. her fucking stats are ABSURD. and "some people" seems to be EVERYBODY.

IN PLATINUM+ where people are decent in league. AHRI's winrate is over 56%. YES. her winrate is actually higher the higher you go. are you gonna say people that are higher ranked than you know less about matchups than you do.

oh and if you ask what is she the master of. shes the master of safety. shes by far the safest mage in the game. she has 3 dashes and great cc. and sustain in lane

Ahri isn't the only champ in this game with 50%+ winrate. There are a lot more, but for some reason people are only crying about her. Hundreds and thousands of people are also losing to Janna, Panheon, Anivia, Annie, Sona, ( insert at least 15 more champs ) yet no one seems to complain.
Absurd numbers? Lel. Her average damage is 22k, there several midlaners with higher damage. She has a great powerspike in midgame, but falls lategame compared to a lot of champions. Tanks and CC are her ninghtmare after all.
56% is nothing unusual. Ahri was always a popular pick amongst teenage boys who are sexually attracted to furries. There are a LOT of Ahri mains, not just casual players. They are pumping those numbers up. In the hands of a skilled player Ahri is formidable indeed, but you can't expect to pick her in ranked for the first time and get the same results. That's not how it works.
She is ONE of the safest mages, not the safest. Once her ult is down, every gank is a free kill when your jungler comes.

Her waveclear is also mediocre at best, you need items to clear a wave with one or two Q. There are several other mages who are better at this. She has good single target burst, but when it comes to AoE damage, she is outclassed by most mages.

You are overrating her waay too much.

Id have to disagree with you there. Ahri has everything and lacks almost nothing, she has waveclear, burst, utility, sustained damage, crowd control and at no cost to her. As clearly evidenced by how popular she is every season and at how well she does, there needs to be some intervention from riot in this matter.
