Patch Notes 5.22:

Runic Armor INCREASED HEALING FROM ALL SOURCES 1.6/3.2/4.8/6.4/8% FORTIFIED Shields are 1.6/3.2/4.8/6.4/8% more effective on you

Can we please get clarification on what effective means, specifically how it interacts with %based shields. For example:

item 3053 : Upon taking X damage gain a shield that is 30% of your Max Health. I would assume that 8% effectiveness would now make this 38%? Or is is 8% of 30% = ~32%.

This would also play heavily into item 3065 item 3152 and the new item 3146 , which all have % based healing effects.

Mordekaiser : His Iron man passive that is 25% of his Max Health, while 25% of his ability damage is converted to shield. Will Runic Armor boost these numbers to 33%. There is also a smaller question about his E that generates 15% of his max shield when hitting enemy champion though I am sure the mastery won't double synergize.

This also comes into play with Malphite passive that shields him for 10% of his max hp, does this interact with his shield at all?
