Can Darius's Decimate heal particle effect look bloody like Aatrox's?

Currently, whenever Darius heals to due to Decimate, he gets the barely noticeable and quite dated "green aura".

Wouldn't it be more thematic and cooler if he used something resembling Aatrox's Bloodthirst healing particle, a gruesome splatter of blood?
