Suggested Fiora Changes: Vital mark damage should scale in Critical Chance
Suggested Changes:
Passive (Duelist's Dance) -Vital Duration: 15 seconds --> 5 seconds -Vital Damage: 3% + Complex Bonus AD Scaling --> 5% + 10% of Fiora's Critical Strike Chance
These changes accomplish two things.
One, reducing the duration of the Vitals leads to more intuitive game play for both Fiora and her opponent.
Because the duration is lower, Fiora's opponents only have to play around a mark placed in an opportune position for Fiora for only 5 seconds, a much more reasonable amount of time than the current 15 seconds.
On the flip side, Fiora doesn't have to deal with a mark placed in an bad position (for example, behind her opponent) for too long either. And hopefully this also will get rid of the current awful strategy of "running so far away the mark re spawns in a better place".
Secondly, and more importantly, make the damage scale in Critical Strike Chance rather than AD.
This aligns Fiora with her fellow Light Fighters in terms of itemization, which leads to her operating as she is intended, a squishy melee DPS who relies on auto attacks for heavy damage and unique means of defense outside of raw stats.
Thematically this makes sense too, as Fiora will be faster and more graceful due to Zeal items, less tanky and more reliant on careful footwork and positioning, and the idea of Critical Strike Chance = Precision explains why her Vitals would be dealing more damage.

's E starts at 30% and needs to be rank 5 to be 50%. Of course, it is on a lower cooldown and does not have an opportunity cost. But I say this as a Fiora player, Ripost shouldn't feel like I still get rewarded for using it badly.
