He went from 48%, to 44% globally.
I LOVED the idea that you were adding a "fear" element to his W.
What happened?
His passive was supposed to be better.

Where are you pulling his WR from?
He’s 51% on Champion.gg and his play rate jumped from <1% to nearly 4%
The fear buff on W was decided to be ultimately useless anyways since Nocturne doesn’t struggle in the jungle (and it only effected monsters) and his healing was a buff at all stages (but ultimately minor PvP wise)
