About the new tiers system for "toxic" players

Does Riot realize that if they do implement this new system that about 80% of players in the lcs will be banned pretty fast along with around 60% of players in general. If you watch most pro's either in LCS or Diamond 1 and above they all get mad at their team and usually you'll see them have a chat restriction on them. unless Riot wants to make a new system or make pro players immune to bans there will be a whole lot of people playing league a lot less or even quit it since some players who have spent hundreds of dollars on the game just to have a few bad games ban them forever. Good job Riot, you've really made the perfect system to prevent people from even wanting to play your game again! {{summoner:2}}

What's wrong with toxic pro players getting permabanned?

If anything, Mithy and nukeduck getting banned from LCS for a year serves as a grim reminder that Riot will not tolerate that kind of stuff.

You do realize that not all toxic reports that get a player chat restricted or ranked banned are actually toxic players??? It's an automated system that can be exploited easily. You'll probably be banned for intentionally feeding for a couple of bad games. ever think about that?

Permabans get reviewed by Riot employees. Competitive bans get reviewed by both the player experience team and the esports team.

Are you implying Riot doesn't have the data to punish people?

As for the automated system, it's been around for over 3 months and there's been only a handful cases of false positives. Meanwhile, tons of people got smited by Lyte when trying to prove their innocence.

Riot loves to forever say that one person will never be punished for having a few bad games but yet it happens all the time. People get chat restricted for 30 days or more and ranked restricted for around 20 games or more. just for having a bad day.
