if you could at least have a guaranteed way to tell who was a premade
Would you return to league and play ranked?
the system would be the same as old na.op.gg and lolnexus.

While I would appreciate knowing who the premades are, that wouldn't solve the issue.
While one of the biggest issues is the difference in communication, my main issue with Dynamic Queue is that it lets too wide a range of players group together.
Last season, I'd usually see everyone in a particular game be within about three of four divisions of one another. Now, I'm seeing people in 6-10 divisions be within the same game relatively often. leading to skill mismatches in lanes and snowballed games.
I have a guaranteed way of knowing. It doesn't change much. Unless you decide to dodge.
It's not about knowing if it's a premade or not for me. It's about having the same tools as they do: i.e. voice chat which is being put into the new client for s7. Plays are faster on comms than typing or even pings for precise communication. Time is often of the essence.
Voice comms wont change anything for random teams, can you imagine playing with a kiddo that screams about your mother?
I'd rather take the chance with voice comms than have that kid not controlling his champ while he types to me and walks into the entire enemy team. But that's just me :P
that solves maybe 10% the problem of premades. how will you and a random kid screaming about you being a boosted scrub compete with a coordinated 5 man that practices in custom games, with multiple smurfs, and has a comp/gameplan already thought out?
I don't know how you think it'd only solve 10% of the problem. I was thinking closer to 60%.
Regardless: First things first: I mute the kid and write myself a note to report him after game. Second: I get better at herding my team of kittens/llamas of course.I have my own gameplan.
If all else fails, chances are that if I meet such a team and they're doing that well, I won't meet them again.
if what you say is true then 5 random challengers can beat LCS teams. but they can't. almost never happens. the higher in elo you go the more that coordinated calls matter. for example you call for a dive top and juggle aggro. but your top laner doesn't really trust you and hesitates for 1 second. That 1 second, you could be stunned under enemy tower, and there's nothing you can do about it. A practiced 5's team will never hesitate.
also, you might not realize when your calls are incredibly wrong. you might erroneously call baron, some people might recognize your call for bad and do their own thing, and you waste time. whereas an actual team of 5 has a designated shotcaller and they act in unison. there's no doubt.
The thing is, 5 man dedicated premades are obviously no different to the 2-3 man casual premades usually encountered.
Yes, it is unrealistic to expect the 5 random people to overcome a team that has been practicing for weeks together(most likely more) of the same level. But 5 random people have a decent chance of overcoming a two man premade and a 3 man premade if they have the same tools. Because, just like the random people, not all the people know and trust each other.
And with voice chat your teammates have a chance of disagreeing with you and changing your mind, rather than the muteness we are currently enjoying.
Nicely said.

premades don't need to have club tags ._.
