firstly, they hard nerf its cooldown because they claimed it invalidated semiglobal ultimates.

but notice how even after its nerf, none of those champions are even in the top ten. it didnt exactly fix the problem. next, they want to remove the ability to cancel teleport, and what do we get in compensation?

.5 less channel time.

like seriously at this rate ignite will be pretty much the only viable option for toplaners.

No joke Ghosting back to lane will be as effective and you'll have it up much more often. That or spell book will get more play just so you can tp in the early game.

The TP on Top laners,gives them value as they can have an impact on the game but teleporting to other lanes or near objectives to assist their team.Most of top laners use the TP summoner to go back to their lane at least once.

By stripping off the cancel effect,we will be able to use the summoner spell mostly to go back to our lane,as there are times the targeted location of TP is not always the best one.

This change will have mostly effect on early game,where junglers will have a party at top lane.

Many high elo people think that the tp change is good, I think that because of it, it will allow Riot to buff the summoner spell again if it end up too weak.

I prefer summoner 3 even scarier than ignite in some situations or you can go dekar route and take summoner 11 to steal all enemy's camps after shoving but yah summoner 12 is kinda boned

It gives riot a better opportunity to balance the summoner spell since it's CD had to be unflated due to cancel refund.

i would hope so, considering i absolutely despise having to play over aggressively in lane, its just honestly not my style. i would much rather just hard cc and displace for my overly aggressive testosterone filled teammates XD
