That's not what that change was about. It was done to make boring lane swaps not worth doing so Worlds would be more exciting for the viewers.

Yeah cause it's so fun to watch an LCS game, not like you will ever see more than 25 viable champs being played in the LC$. I have an idea, instead of countering boring lane swaps as if LC$ wasn't boring to start with, let's add even more boringness to see one team always completely stomp the other by giving the bottom lane turret no defenses, and adding a 400g first turret blood bonus.
