Make Youmuu's and Duskblade Melee Only. This will get rid of those digusting MF and Jhin builds. Then, buff Lucian and Quinn and revert some of the nerfs given to them because of their itemization. This only leaves Ashe and Sivir. I don't really know what to do with Sivir because I don't find her that strong, but statistics say otherwise. With Ashe however, Riot can make Q require 5 stacks and maybe increase the CD on her W.

NahDogSolRahn2 votesConsidering that DuskBlade is a mini-Zed ult, and marksmen don't have that much trouble melting most people, its just that they align too strongly, Its too safe, for the most part. All the melee assassins it was intended for need to be in your face, but Jhin, Cait and Trist have all that poke range; all that damage to just 100-0 you with, that is the problem.

The problem is that ADCs are too strong. Especially certain champs that have too much range and safety such as Jhin and cough Caitlyn and Ashe.
Its not even that they're too strong, it's that they get that strong too early. It's pretty BS that ADCs can 1v1 melee champs if they're only 2 kills ahead because they bought an item meant for assassins and can use it much more safely.
Anyway, judging from your posts I can't actually reason with you because you're an incredibly biased ADC main.

These items are not even good on ADCs so if they buy duskblade they are actually gimping their damage.

As an ADC main, I just don't like it being built on adcs because it gives alot of extra unnecessary power and not every adc can optimally build it. I think youmuus is alright but riot should really make IE cheaper or buff the stats on the item because as it stands, IE is one of the worst 1st items to rush on ADC.
