Can Elise have some of of those nerfs reverted like was talked about a while back? Instead of just outright nerfing the obviously broken item, she was nerfed several times and is clearly struggling again because of the combination of the two.
lol, they nerfed her movement speed because it was too fast with runic echo's. then they nerfed her W. then they nerfed runic echo's movement speed.

As an Elise main of old and still play her every so often, i gotta say shes never been a bad pick. She has kinda an overloaded kit, like a swiss army knife of league. She has so many tools shes just hard.

Riot balance is the compound nerf. step 1) Strategically create an item abused by many champions Step 2) Nerf the abuser(s) Step 3) Nerf the item Step 4) Leave them in a double, triple, or qaudtuple nerfed state Step 5) Buff them when their next skin is released
Ehh elise is still a decent pick. I think she is completely balance. The other champions right now are just a tad bit too strong. (Aka udyr nid gragas)
