CertainlyT should rework Nautilus.

He is a tank with a skill-shot that can be used as a dash, gap closer, and cc. His passive applies on-hit effects and roots you. His W is a tank buff and provides him with a less than useless damage boost that he can never optimally build into (I'm talking both sides of this ability, not just the damage, it's just not something you can build both ways which sucks so you always lose out on something). His provides, poke, wave clear, and cc all at the same time. His ultimate can be used to disrupt multiple foes by targeting the backline, thus providing cc as a knock-up, team fight disruption, and a means of artificial chase since the depth charge will seek and destroy its target.

Nautilus' kit while not broken, is certainly (hee hee) overloaded in its own way, and I think this is why Nautilus has such a tough time being balanced, and is why he lost his ability to jungle because he was either broken in other lanes or completely useless, so the only way to make him not useless was to forcibly castrate him and turn him into little Ms.Bitch-Supportilus.

I want Nautilus to be playable again, but if someone else reworks him, he'll probably just get turned into a boring old fucking one dimensional pure tank who can't do anything outside of scratching his own ass and providing some cc. CertainlyT, even though he is controversial as all hell, and makes annoying design choices seems like the right candidate to rework this unconventional tank-fighter.

Please do it, CertainlyT. The most recent change Riot made to him made to want to dance on the freeway during rush hour.

Why are people complaining? I remember before the nerf when nautilus was literally a support that was feared because of his insane damage, and his raw tank stats.. he was so tanky he could literally all in at lvl like 2 with a good adc and just smash your lane to pieces lmao.. why do people want supports to be broken I don't understand..

I dont remember that, ever. I remember him being capable as a lockdown support - like a leona - but with a little more effective CC.

Also... Why the frag are you claiming he should be balanced as support?!

Because Mr.I-don't-know-how-to-use-ellipses, when he got shoved into support, which I knew was inevitable once an LCS pro got their hands on him, it meant he was going to get nerfed to fucktown. This wound up screwing over his jungle. His W went from doing 100dmg over 2 seconds to 70, which fucked his early dueling power, which was already somewhat abysmal against other junglers who had forms of sustain and could pop the shield pretty quickly.

tl;dr He may have been a good support, but it came at the cost of his ability to jungle, which I genuinely enjoyed playing as Nautilus.

If CT does what he did to warwick, id love that. Modernizing a kit while keeping the feel of a champion seems to be something that hes really good at, even if he doesnt like it.

At least Nautilus has a main theme of being a "Big, heavy dude in a suit of armor who swings a ship anchor as a weapon". THeres so much potential there for someone like CT to work with.
