Did you fix the heimerdinger huge bugs or are you guys on vacation? #BalanceTeam
His Winrate dropped soo hard this patch, because of the many bugs you guys included to him.
1.) Heimer E is .25 seconds stun as opposed to 1.25 seconds. 2 second slow is the same.
2.) RE stun is .25 seconds long.
3.) RE stuns third bounce is extended?
4.) RE can stun multiple time.
5.) Heimer can have 4 turrets stacked if he dies without having 3 stacked. Can still only place 3.
6.) Aery no longer procs on Heimer turrets. (Works on other pets)
7.) DH no longer procs on Heimer turrets. (Works on other pets)
8.) Rylais/liandry no longer procs on Heimer turrets. (Works on other pets)
9.) DH won't proc if Rocket 1 brings someone below half HP while rockets 2 3 4 and 5 hit them. Only rocket 1 can proc it.
10.) Heimer can now RW into W or W into RW. They don't share a cooldown.
