Blue Ivern???

I can't be the first person to have noticed this, but I was just looking at the list of champions by mana capacity

and I noticed that Ivern

• has the largest mana pool at level 1 (450 mana)
• is tied for the 4th most mana gained by level (+60 / level)
• and has the 3rd largest mana pool at level 18 (1470 mana)

I have yet to try > > on him, but I am starting to wonder that it may be fairly strong.

If you have tried it, let me know what you think.

Also, I genuinely believe that Ivern's strength comes from his ability to effectively control objectives with his team, so please keep in mind that this most likely won't make him OP, but it should make him better when it comes to dueling and team fighting late game.
