Best scaling mid mages?
Not karthus or veigar. I was thinking more of either mordekaiser, lissandra or swain. Something where you are tanky and damage to carry.

Direwolfiez1 votesAnnie? I dunno. The mana regen changes didn't really hurt her that much, and she generally builds kinda tanky and still hits like a tank on PCP, plus she's generally a safe pick.
