Please Give Team Builder 10 Seconds to Change Configuration
Right now, certain champions can gain unfair advantages in team builder because they are the minority. As an example, most mid laners are AP so ideally I'd take runes with more MR. If I find myself going against a Talon instead, that extra MR does nothing.
Giving players ten seconds to reconfigure runes, masteries, and summoners by presenting them briefly with the enemy team composition before going into the load screen would help fix that mode's weaknesses that aren't present in draft.
