Gangplank nerfs were far from enough.

He's sitting at the abnormal 63% winrate with very experienced GP players. This would hardly be accepted with other champ, why is ok for Gangplank?

The lack of counterplay to this champ is staggering, you have to dodge or detanete barrels for days and you don't get rewarded at all for doing it since he can just sit back and wait for more as they have 0 manacost, can we please clarify some clear defining weaknessess for this champ? Because his early game is not at all bad compared to his broken scaling and ability to deny opposing champs from scaling with him. He get's extra gold for being gangplank while he can easely deny opponents gold by zoning indefinately due to his nonexistent mana costs.
