My thoughts and ideas on the Elemental Dragon change.

After reading the Elemental Dragons, I think its actually a good concept but IN MY OPINION, I'm a bit sketchy of the RNG that is involved with it even though they state "each dragon will benefit regardless of team comp". But if one team doesnt get even one dragon, in the first 10-20mins I think the game is already over if the other team can use the dragon buff well enough to snowball.

In my honest opinion,** I believe the dragons should not stack. And actually just give a buff like how Rift Herald does** at the very moment. With the Elder Dragon acts as another Baron but to a lesser extend. This way the stacks will not be obnoxious because it can only last a certain amount of time before expiring. Also, can help make the game more simple cause then the dragons doesnt need to be random anymore.

This is how it will work, each Elemental Dragon will give the champions who participated in killing it a buff that last about 3mins (champions of the team that kills/last hit on the dragon ofcourse). And the Elder Dragon will give a buff that increase in power depending on how many dragon you have slain up to a cap of 6.

For Example: First Dragon spawns at 3.5 mins into the game, and respawns every 4mins. If a dragon as not be killed the within the first 6.5mins or so, the next dragon will spawn (one dragon flies away while the new one flies in). Elder Dragon spawns at 36 mins into the game and will respawn everytime after that.

First dragon would be Air: For more movements better ganks early, lets say 5-7% increase.

Second dragon can be Earth: To contest against Herald buff, increase turret damage and increase nearby ally turret damage to champions.

Third should be Water: Cause by then you are either poking or sieging against poke.

Fourth should be Fire: During this time the bonus AD/AP will actually matter.

The dragon will repeatedly spawn in that order until Elder dragon spawn at 36mins. Even if each doesnt kill a dragon, each dragon will spawn either way so team can pick or chose which dragon they can contest for.

Now the Elder Dragon: Everyone on your team receive 25-50-75-100-125-150 (Number of dragons accumulated) gold. Gain bonus magic dot damage (true damage if you have 6 stacks) to champions and turrets. Increase movement speed and damage reduction to turrets. For each dragon the team has killed, amplifies the Elder Dragons buff up to a cap of 6 dragon stacks. Elder dragon and elemental dragon counts as a stack of dragons.

Its basically just a revamped version of Riot's idea on the elemental dragons. But in my opinion, this would be more efficient (but since I'm not a Riot employee I can be wrong and this wouldnt be the direction you guys want to go and I respect that). Because each individual dragons will not be spawning at random times, and you cant stack on buffs early to snowball the game. You guarantee that every dragon will spawn every game. Only champions who participated in killing the dragon will receive the buff, and not the entire team. Teams can chose to either ignore or contest dragon they think would be impactful within the game. The dragons can be a good objective to deal with Herald. Elder Dragon buff would be good to deal with Baron buff.

I honestly want to know how the community think of this, :/ I can be completely off the ball, and if so just forget about this xD.
