She is useless if she can not one vs one. She can not one vs one people that abuses attack speed.

LetMeCarry19836 votesFiora is still as strong as she ever was. Problem is the deathball snowball meta. Fiora cannot contribute in such a climate. If you're 10-0 and the enemy team starts grouping and mowing down shit, Fiora can't do shit with that lead because she is all about dueling and splitting. Every game now is 10 minutes to see which team feeds and the rest of the game is the fed team grouping and just rolling over shit, taking drags, rift and Baron. Hardly any opportunity for 1v1 or 2v1 skirmishes which is where Fiora shines.
