how to "skip" promos. (i've been doing this for 3 seasons now)

hello all. this is just to tell you what i personally did and found out thanks to froggen back in season 3. yes the eu pro player froggen.
froggen used to have a bronze 5 account that he got by always dodging ranked Q to constantly lose LP. while his actual mmr was diamond.
so i did the same thing for 3 seasons now just for fun. my main elo used to be plat 4-3 (when plat 5 still existed) id say AT BEST now i'd make plat 4. AT THE VERY BEST! so the mmr of this account here always was around silver 2-1. "but how you know your mmr, op.gg doesnt calculate it correct" this is just a personal guess. if you are 3 seasons in bronze/iron and you only get matched with and against high silver players and rarely gold 5/4, i assume your own mmr is in high silver.
in the last 2 seasons i think i never had to play a promo. why? because the mmr system is horribly messed up. if you dodge so many ranked q's that your LP go below 0 (yes you can reach -100 lp) the mmr system which is alrdy shit gets REALLY confused. last mid season i think i had a 40% winrate and yet i gained over 30 lp each win. (just to point out: im not playing my main role on this account. i started with jungle which i had no knowledge of before so thats why my winrate isnt that good)
so here is MY PERSONAL advice to skip promos: as stupid as this sounds, get to an elo where you know you can climb, start dodging games in champ select, get your LP way below 0. if you now lose you might drop (but you can climb again) but your mmr gets messed up real hard. if you dont believe me check my account. i started this season in iron 3 and i went up to bronze 2 in less than 10 wins WITHOUT a single promo. i skipped them all.
what started as a fun thing i copied from a pro player ended up in me breaking the broken system. i dont know how well this works in higher elos, but last season i think i was in silver 3 and i got there by doing only 1 promo series (from s4 to s3, i guess thats where my mmr reached its peak for the time)
my winrate was NEVER above 50% and yet i ALWAYS gained more than 30 lp.
ps: since im basically breaking the broken system and wasting peoples time by dodging in champselect i assume this thread will be seen in a negative light and thus i will remove it soon.
