Has anyone yet leveled up their honor or reached the next checkpoint? Ive been most honored teammate about a dozen times since season start and still haven't even gotten to the next checkpoint. I ended last season Honor 4. But thats due to me being away from league for a good 5 months.
Nope. I'm still level 2 with no checkpoints and I get honored pretty frequently.
Also I feel like I get less key fragments now as well.
The time when Honor system was introduced was in the summer (ie: mid season). That is why Riot made Honor gains "fast". For this season they reseted Honor at the beginning of the season, and most likely slowed down the Honor gain speed to "normal" (or maybe even slower). I would think we start getting those honor levels in about double the time we got it the last time. Maybe it also applies on the honor rewards - I don't know about that.
Last season, for me it took several weeks to get Honor 3 and it felt too fast. As expected, I reached Honor 4 too soon, but I didn't bother to pay attention on it anymore. And the same happened with Honor 5. Maybe this time Honor levels will feel more like achievement. I hope so anyways.
I also haven't, and I too feel like I hit higher honor levels faster than this last season. I have a feeling Baka Red might be right though about the climb being slower since it's the beginning of the season instead of mid season.
I almost feel bad for the poor people stuck with honor 1/2 since they were already getting frustrated with how long it took to get to another honor level before this, and now we're feeling the same thing... must be miserable for them.

this is what ive been questioning for a while too. Ive been honor 2 checkpoint 3 for a while and i have still not gone to honor 3 its so wierd.
